Nano Bubble Technology

What is Nano bubble technogy

What is Nanobubble Technology?

Generates nanobubbles over a wide range with high output.

•The characteristic of SMI's nanobubble generator is the nanobubblegeneration mechanism of the patented equipment.40 to 60 neodymium permanent magnets are built in the central axis mechanism of bubble generation to create a strong magnetic field, and a nano-level bubble is generated by a high-speed rotating impeller.

•Most of the equipment of other companies is a nozzle type bubble generator, so the output is about 50 cm in radius, but NANO-1 generates low-concentration type ultrafine bubbles over a wide range of nanobubbles, and 25 m in small equipment, for large equipment, bubbles are generated in a range of 100m.

•Therefore, it is ideal for improving the water environment of lakes and marshes.

Small-scale water supply system using nanobubbles and membrane treatment
  • Nanobubbles are generated in the raw water, arsenic, fluorine, and heavy metals in the raw water are adsorbed on the surface of the bubbles, and then the contaminants are removed by membrane treatment.UF and RO membranes are use
  • Membrane-treated water becomes safe drinking water. After the nanobubbles are generated, they float in the water for a long period of time, and the generation of nanobubbles does not require the addition of chemicals, making it possible to generate safe drinking water. If the turbidity of the raw water is high, adding a filtration device will solve the proble

CASE STUDY: Removing arsenic from water

Arsenic Contamination of Groundwater in West Bengal: Awareness of Health and Social Issues
  • (Bidyut Kumar Santra Department of Chemistry, Raiganj University, Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal, India)
  • West Bengal has become a serious problem. About 20% of West Bengal's population in nine districts (Malda, Murshidabad, Nadia, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Kolkata, Howrah, Hooghly, Birdman) is affected by arsenic problems. Arsenic invades the human body by drinking contaminated groundwater and irrigated grains from contaminated water. The in vivo accumulation of arsenic originates from the grains of food irrigated with arsenic-contaminated water.
  • Arsenic pollution in West Bengal groundwater has a negative impact on human health. Chronic arsenic exposure can cause skin cancer and other health effects. In West Bengal, groundwater pollution and human damage caused by arsenic is increasing. Arsenic-affected people also face serious social problems for affected villagers living in very poor economic conditions. In order to fight the arsenic crisis in West Bengal, it is imperative to raise awareness and educate people about the problem.
  • In addition, it is necessary to make the best use of surface water with conventional water treatment technology, such as using water after filtering with activated alumina or water after boiling as safe drinking water.

Sample project:
Arsenic-removed water ATM in Assam area

ATM of water with arsenic removed plays an active part in Assam
  • The project brings together civil society organizations and village associations to install and manage an automated teller machine ( ATM) that supplies Assam with safe water.
  • The Water ATM was set up in 2017 by NGO GramyaVikashMancha(GVM) in collaboration with Tata Water Mission (TWM).
  • With a firm press on the button, 20 litresof water will flow into the container through one of thethreeoutlets.

Impact of this project

  • Helping India in its JAL JEEVAN MISSION
  • 100 districts become ‘Har Ghar Jal'(55L/day/person water supply) under JJM

B) Factory drainage

  • The mainstream of factory wastewater technology requires processes such as coagulation, aeration, and sedimentation treatment, and the mainstream of aeration treatment is biological treatment, which requires a vast treatment pond.
  • By utilizing nanobubbles in this processing process, anaerobic treatment is performed in the first stage, and aerobic treatment efficiency is improved by creating a concentrated oxygen environment with nanobubbles in the second stage, and the area of the treatment system can be reduced. I did.
  • SMI has a track record of wastewater treatment at automobile painting booths of Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, and Suzuki.

C) Fisheries aquaculture

  • As examples of aquaculture water quality improvement, we have abundant achievements in shrimp farming in Thailand and Myanmar, trout farming in South America, Japanese eel, and shellfish farming.
  • When nanobubbles are used in aquaculture farms, the supply of abundant oxygen activates fish to improve their food intake and allow them to grow in a short period of time.
  • In addition, the bactericidal effect of nanobubbles and the decomposition effect of organic matter can always keep the inside of the aquaculture layer normal, improving the survival rate of fish.

D) Medical care

  • Nanobubbles have been shown to be effective for patients with kidney disease, diabetes, heart disease, etc., under the guidance of Dr. Taro Shirakawa (former professor at Kyoto University School of Medicine, Oxford University School of Medicine and a leading expert in cancer treatment in Japan). We donate nanobubble drinking water to stage 4 cancer patients free of charge, and nearly 100 patients are already in remission.
  • Furthermore, a liquid produced by nanobubble water, colloidal iodine, hydrogen water, etc. was administered to corona patients under the guidance of Dr. Shirakawa, and 40 investigators confirmed the effect, and it was completely cured in a minimum of 1 day.
  • There are also examples. Currently, Bangladesh is conducting clinical trials on 40 patients at the request of Prime Minister Hasina, and the government's Ministry of Health is astonished that it will be effective in as little as 4 hours.

E) Dental care

  • Periodontal disease is known to induce systemic illness. The main cause of the periodontal disease is that the oral environment is not clean.
  • Hypochlorous acid has traditionally been used to clean the oral environment.
  • Nanobubble water not only has a strong bactericidal effect on the nanobubbles themselves but also discharges periodontal bacteria lurking deep inside the teeth, which cause periodontal disease, with a powerful cleaning effect.
  • In addition, the effect of gargling with 2 litres of nanobubble water twice daily has proven to be effective as a dental care.

F) Beauty And Health

  • The biggest cosmetic challenge is dry skin. Nanobubbles not only remove deep stains on the skin, but also supply moisture, so you can always keep your skin moist.
  • Many cosmetics that take advantage of this property have been developed. In addition, lack of water can make you sick and cause illness. The brain is the first to be affected by lack of water. Dizziness due to dehydration is a signal of lack of water.
  • The fine size of nanobubbles is also used in oral drinking water because it can quickly deliver water to cells and is useful for the prevention and treatment of heat stroke and dehydration.
